Contributions to the Friends of Community Oncology PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used for supporting candidates and committees in federal or state elections and are subject to the prohibitions and limitations set forth by the FEC. Any contribution level guidelines set forth are suggestions and an individual may contribute more or less than the suggested amount or nothing at all. The Friends of Community Oncology PAC does not track users’ contributions through other avenues (e.g. fundraisers, candidates’ websites). Therefore, you are responsible for ensuring that your total contributions through these different avenues do not exceed campaign contribution limits. Under federal law, the Friends of Community Oncology PAC must exercise best efforts to request and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose total contributions exceed $200.00 in a calendar year. All contributions must be drawn on personal accounts. The Friends of Community Oncology PAC is not sponsored by or connected to the Community Oncology Alliance (COA). Contributions of any amount or decision not to contribute or participate will not favor or disadvantage any contributor’s standing with the COA or its affiliates.
